- My name is Jamie and I am an adventurer, an experimenter, a pursuer of all knowledge and an artistic vessel in search of creativity, joy, optimal health and truth. The purpose of this blog is to explore the questions that I face and share some of the discoveries that I make along the way. Specifically, I am interested in environmental issues, sustainability, food and health, the raw food lifestyle, superfoods, cinema and filmmaking, spirituality, healing, gardening, the natural world, music, travel and the nature of discovering who we really are. A bit random, but its what gets my blood pumping and makes me feel the purpose of my life. Also, I want to share the stories that uncover the meaning of my personal mantra: “Realize the Sunrise”. What does that mean? I bet you can figure it out… (literally, go watch the sunrise and try not to be inspired …or… achieve your goals, there’s always tomorrow, let the sunshine in, find joy in everything, don’t worry be happy…) So with that said, thank you for reading and go realize your sunrise!!!
